What is a typical class like?

These Houston-based, women's-only boot camp classes are fun, exhausting and exhilarating. You might be worn out, but you'll still feel great, and everything is go-at-your-own-pace, with no yelling! One thing we can promise: You will laugh ... a lot!

Classes are held once a week, but you can add additional days if you like. Class start times vary based on the class (see the schedule for details), but here's what a typical one-hour boot camp is like:

  Cardiovascular (Jogging, sprinting, jump rope)

  Strength training (medicine balls, exercise bands, handheld weights)
